Summer School Information - 2017

Applications for summer school will be accepted beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, May 22 in the Principal's office until Wednesday, May 31, at 3:00 p.m. Click on the application attachment within this post, print, and complete the application.

Courses to be offered are:
Algebra Bridge Class (for movement to Honor level courses);  
American Political Science (APS) - both standard and honors tracks for 10-12 grades only;
Orientation to Technology (OTT ) - open to incoming freshmen; 
English and Math APEX Credit Recovery courses - Open to 10-12 grade students only. (minimum of 17 students must sign up to take either of these courses in order for it to run -  Only 1 semester credit course may be taken).
Driver Education - Open only to students with a birth date of 6/14/2002 or before.  Students must have passed at least 8 classes in the previous 2 semesters.  This course will meet Monday-Wednesday only from 7 am-10 am.  (M, W, TH the week of July 4th)

Courses will run Monday through Friday and begin on Monday, June 12th and continue through Friday, July 14th.  No classes will be held on Tuesday, July 4th.  Regardless of the circumstances, no more than 3 days of class can be missed.  (2 for Driver Education)  No credit will be given if more than 3 days are missed.

Fees are:  $110.00 for the first course
                   $  50.00 for the second course

A fee of $160 is required for new Driver Education students--which includes classroom instruction and Behind the Wheel training.
